We require a 25% deposit within 7 days of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation.The balance due of rent must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
If a cancellation notice is not received a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival, and after the receipt of a 'Confirmation Notice' has been sent, Guest(s) who cancel their reservation(s) will risk the forfeiture of any deposit amount paid toward the renting of this vacation home. Proper notice (30 days or greater before start of rental) will result in the assessment of a processing fee, determined to be 50% of any deposit amounts.
